<h2>P&amp;J Live venue information</h2>
P&amp;J Live, Aberdeen, an impressive £333 million event complex, opened its doors in September 2019. This state-of-the-art facility was developed through a collaboration between Aberdeen City Council and Henry Boot Developments. It replaced the Aberdeen Exhibition Conference and Centre (AECC) and offers a remarkable 48,000 square meters of multi-purpose event space.
<h2>P&amp;J Live, Aberdeen - Location</h2>
Getting to P&amp;J Live is convenient and hassle-free. Located right next to Aberdeen International Airport, the venue offers excellent public transport connections. It is also easily accessible from the city's western peripheral route and is well-positioned for rail links connecting Aberdeen with the rest of the North of Scotland.
<h2>How to get to P&amp;J Live</h2>
<h3>By foot:</h3>
P&amp;J Live is conveniently located just 1.5 miles away from both Aberdeen International Airport and Dyce Train Station, making it easily accessible for visitors. The venue is a short walk from these transport hubs, and there are well-maintained paths surrounding the complex for added convenience and accessibility.
<h3>By bus:</h3>
Two services, including Stagecoach's Jet Service 727, operate directly through the TECA site, providing convenient transportation to P&amp;J Live. With buses running up to every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends, you can reach the venue in around 30 minutes from Aberdeen city centre. Stagecoach buses offer luxury features such as USB charging points and free Wi-Fi. Tickets can be purchased onboard from the bus driver on the day of travel. <h3>By train:</h3>
P&amp;J Live is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Dyce Train Station. Dyce is a stop on the Aberdeen-Elgin-Inverness line and also receives some through trains from Glasgow and Edinburgh.
While Dyce station is unstaffed, tickets can be purchased onboard the train.
Trains operate at least once per hour from Monday to Saturday, with reduced frequency on Sundays. The following operators provide train services to and from Aberdeen station:
● Abellio ScotRail: Offers services throughout Scotland and sleeper trains to London Euston.
● LNER: Operates East Coast Main Line trains to Edinburgh and London King's Cross.
● CrossCountry: Connects Aberdeen with a network that extends to Birmingham, Manchester, Brighton, and Penzance.
<h3>Aberdeen Train Station is just a 2-minute walk from the bus depot, from where the Stagecoach 727 service departs and travels directly to the venue’s main entrance.</h3>
<h3>By car:</h3>
Located about 6 miles northwest of the city centre, P&amp;J Live is easily accessible for motorists via the A96 Aberdeen-Inverness road. Getting to the venue has become even easier with the opening of the southern section of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route, which is just a few minutes away.
Visitors travelling southbound can use Dyce Drive or A96 to enter the venue, as other entry points are designated as bus gates only. All three exits, including A96, Dyce Drive, and Wellheads Drive, may be used for exiting the venue.
<h3>Parking:</h3>
Aberdeen City Council operates three park-and-ride facilities that serve the city and shire. These sites are strategically placed along major routes into the city, specifically Kingswells and Craibstone, providing convenient access to P&amp;J Live for visitors travelling to the venue. P&amp;J Live also has a limited number of parking spaces on site. Ticketholders are advised to arrive early to guarantee a space. Alternatively, premium parking <a href="https://www.pandjlive.com/premium/premium-parking/">can be pre-booked here</a>.
By taxi:
Next to the Hilton on the P&amp;J Live site, there is a designated pick-up and drop-off point for taxis. Additionally, during major events, a dedicated taxi rank is available to ensure convenient transportation for visitors.

The complex features world-class conference and exhibition halls, a superior arena, spacious hospitality boxes, and a high-end restaurant. This comprehensive venue is the largest event complex in the North of Scotland, providing exceptional facilities for conferences, exhibitions, and other events. What sets P&amp;J Live apart is its commitment to sustainability—everything is powered by local, renewable energy sources.
With a whopping 9,000 sqm arena, P&amp;J Live proudly claims to have the largest standing floor in the UK, capable of accommodating up to 15,000 attendees.
In addition to the exceptional event spaces, P&amp;J Live comprises two on-site hotels. The adjoining 4-star Hilton hotel offers 200 comfortable bedrooms, while the Aloft Hotel provides 150 well-appointed bedrooms.

In addition, and provided you consent, your information may be shared with certain other parties for the purpose of marketing goods and/or services to you. These parties may include event promoters, resident orchestras (please see The Bridgewater Hall section in the Appendix for further information), venue sponsors, our social media agency, mailing houses and email server providers.
We will not sell any of your personal information to third parties, nor will we transfer your personal data outside of the European Union without your prior consent.
Information that we gather about you may include (without limitation) your name, contact details, date of birth, payment details, and accessibility and dietary requirements.
We may also obtain information about you from third parties, such as credit reference agencies, ticketing agencies, event promoters and Venue sponsors. Please be aware that our website and social media platforms contain links to third party websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the security or privacy policies of those third party sites, and recommend that you review those parties’ privacy notices before sharing your personal data on those platforms.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data in accordance with your instructions and as required by applicable law. We may also retain certain information in order to conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations (and to demonstrate compliance) and to resolve disputes. However, we will not retain your personal data for longer than reasonably necessary.
Information about third parties
Information we process, as described in this notice, may also include information about third parties such as your spouse or children or employees, directors and other officers whose details you supply to us. If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you confirm that the other person has agreed that you can:

In addition, we record CCTV images of you when you are at the venue or within its vicinity for your safety and security. CCTV images may be shared with the police for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
Disclosures and exchange of information
We may disclose and exchange information with group companies, credit reference agencies, ticketing agencies, promoters, service providers, representatives and agents, as well as with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies for the above reasons.
Information may be held at our offices and those of our group companies, ticketing agents, promoters and third party credit reference agencies, service providers, representatives and agents as described above.
Some of the third parties with whom we share your data may be based outside the United Kingdom or European Union. If we do transfer your personal data outside the EU, we will take proper steps to ensure your personal data is transferred and held securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Children
On occasion we may collect limited personal data relating to children under the age of 16, for instance the names of attendees or participants in Learning and Participation or other educational events at certain venues. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 16 and think that we may have information relating to that child, please contact us at the relevant venue, using the details provided in the Appendix to this document. We will ask you to prove your relationship to the child but if you do so you may (subject to applicable law) request access to and deletion of that child’s personal data.
Sensitive personal data
You may also supply us with sensitive personal data relating to your physical health which is gathered for the purposes of ensuring easy access to our venue (in the case of people with accessibility requirements) or compliance with food safety (in the case of strict dietary requirements).
Keeping your data secure
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent your personal information being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We also limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Some of the technical and organisational measures we use to safeguard your personal data are:

The 195 Bar &amp; Grill is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed via lift, escalator, or stairs. P&amp;J Live’s hospitality team will be in touch with booking details. Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Any additional courses, drinks, or menu supplements will be charged and must be paid for before departing the restaurant. Alcohol available to over 18s only – proof of ID may be required. We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time for their reservation, entering via our VIP lanes in either the Sub-T car park or Main Piazza entrances, allowing for sufficient time to pass through venue security and check-in. Card payment facilities will be available within the restaurant (cashless venue).
